Seoul: North Korea has again launched a ballistic missile. Dictator Kim Jong Un made the move days after Pyongyang threatened to shoot down American spy planes that violated its airspace. Seoul’s army reported this information on Wednesday. “North Korea fired an unidentified ballistic missile toward the East Sea,” the Joint Chiefs of Staff said, referring to the Sea of Japan.
Relations between the two countries are at an all-time low. Diplomacy stalled and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un declared his country a nuclear state and called for the development of various weapons, including nuclear weapons. In response, Seoul and Washington vowed that Pyongyang would face a nuclear response. If it ever uses its nuclear weapons against allies, it will be the ‘end’ of the current North Korean government.
On Monday, North Korea accused a US spy plane of violating its airspace and condemned plans to deploy nuclear missile submarines near the Korean Peninsula. A spokesman for the North’s Ministry of National Defense said the United States had stepped up spying operations beyond combat levels this month, citing eight consecutive days of U.S. spy planes flying and a reconnaissance plane intruding into its airspace.
North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un’s new craze, saying ‘I love you’ could now be punishable by death
South Korea and the United States are set to begin their major annual joint military exercise next month, known as the Ulchi Freedom Shield. North Korea opposes it. That’s why he himself started working fast to expand nuclear weapons.
