Exclusive: Siddharth Shukla’s gym trainer claims, ‘He won’t die of a heart attack’

New Delhi. After the death of the late actor Siddharth Shukla, now the statement of his gym instructor Sonu Chaurasia has come to the fore. In an exclusive interview with News 1 with, Sonu Chaurasia said, “I can’t believe that Siddhartha died of a heart attack. He was very fit and aware of fitness. I have been training Siddhartha in the gym for the last one and a half years. We met at the gym every morning at 10.30am. He worked very hard in the gym.

He added, ‘At 30.30 in the morning, I got a call from Rahul Vaidya that Siddharth was ill. At first I couldn’t believe it but later many calls started coming. I am shocked to hear of Siddhartha’s death. Siddhartha was never in a state of stress or despair. He was always a person who was happy and kept people happy. I had a talk on August 24th. He wished me a happy birthday because I was not in Mumbai after that. On August 20, he promised to give his sister a car as a gift on Raksha Bandhan Day and also on August 22. Always happy and working hard in the gym.

Sonu Chaurasia added, ‘After that, even after dinner at night, he would walk for 40 minutes. He returned from a meeting at around 11.30 last night. During the meeting, some people came out to eat, so they ate butter and fruit at home at night and went to bed around 1.30. When his mother went to pick him up in the morning, he was taking it straight, where he had never slept like this. Immediately the doctor was called. Pumps etc. were done, but the doctor was told to take him to the hospital as his health was bad, but he died on the way to the hospital. I’m also waiting for the post-mortem report, because I can’t believe he could have died of a heart attack.
