New Delhi. The Union Ministry of Tourism will develop Leh Ladakh as a mega tourist spot. For this, Ladakh: New beginnings are being organized with new goals. The purpose of the three-day event in Leh-Ladakh is to promote tourism in Leh-Ladakh. The event will run from August 26 to August 28, with the participation of officials from the Union Ministry of Tourism and Leh Ladakh as well as tour operators.
The tourism ministry has plans to develop Leh Ladakh as a mega tourist spot. Adventure, culture and responsible tourism will be developed here. For this, Ladakh: New Beginnings – New targets are being set up, with the participation of people associated with local tourism and tour operators across the country. Lieutenant Governor of Leh Ladakh Radha Krishna Mathur and Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy will address the function.
Local MP Jamyang Sering Namgal, Tourism Secretary Arvind Singh, Ladakh Tourism Secretary Mehboob Ali Khan and others will take part in the program. The Ministry of Tourism along with the Tour Operators Association of India, Ladakh Tourism Department will promote tourism here. The purpose of this program is to spread the local tourism here and to spread it all over the country. The ministry will provide a platform for tour operators from other parts of the country to join the tourism industry here. Domestic tourism plays an important role in the development of the country. The Ministry of Tourism will run the campaign.
