    IRCTC will inspect tourist spots in Chandigarh and will sign an agreement with CITCO


    New Delhi. The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation will now travel to Chandigarh and all the surrounding tourist destinations along with other cities in the country. For this IRCTC has entered into an agreement with Chandigarh Industrial and Tourism Development Corporation. Under the agreement, the two will work together to increase tourism in Chandigarh.

    IRCTC CMD Rajni Hasija and CITCO MD Jaswinder Kaur Sidhu signed the agreement. Under this, both the organizations will jointly develop and promote tourism in and around Chandigarh. According to IRCTC, Citco will create and explore new tourist destinations in the vicinity of Chandigarh, IRCTC will prepare special packages for these places and bring tourists here. Also, both the companies will host big events here, which will be enjoyed by the tourists coming under the IRCTC package.

    There is also a sitco cruise to Sukhna Lake. It can also be included in the IRCTC package. Thus both IRCTC and CITCO will simultaneously promote tourism in and around Chandigarh.

    Go to Goa for one thousand rupees a day

    Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has launched a great tour package from North East to Goa. Tourists can enjoy Goa for around one thousand rupees per day. IRCTC has launched a special tour package for people from the Northeast. This tour will be 11 nights 12 days. There will be two categories of packages. First Slipper and Second AC Class. The total fare for sleeper class will be 11340 rupees. Thus, according to the 12-day tour, the average daily fare will be around a thousand rupees. At the same time, the fare for AC class will be 18900 rupees. Both packages include breakfast, lunch, dinner, accommodation as well as local transportation, guides and more.
