Try these tips right after the holidays
It is better to detoxify yourself than to look at the phone after waking up in the morning.
After returning from vacation, meditate for 30 minutes in the morning. Morning meditation calms the mind
Create a new timetable after the holidays and get the job done smoothly. When you come back from vacation, hurry up and get things done with a plan.
Drink lemon water as soon as you wake up in the morning. Get out of the habit of waking up late. Get up early with devotion.
Maintain a balanced diet and do not overeat. Eat less and eat slowly. Eat foods that are easily digested and do not contain much fat.
