    Mumbai: Three-year-old girl raped by two minors, case registered


    Mumbai. Atrocities against innocent girls in the country are not taking the name of reduction. Recently, such an incident has come to light in Mumbai. Where two minor boys allegedly sexually assaulted a three-year-old girl. Currently, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act.

    Police investigating the case said that both the accused are known to the victim’s daughter. “A woman complained that her three-year-old daughter was gang-raped by two minor boys,” said senior police inspector of Kasturba Marg police station. “A case has been registered under Section 376 of the IPC and POCSO Act,” the inspector said. He said that the accused have been sent to the reformation center.

    It should be noted that a similar incident had come to light earlier on Monday as well. After that, a 16-year-old boy allegedly raped a seven-year-old girl in Roja area of ​​Shahjahanpur city. According to English newspaper Times of India, the girl was playing outside the house. Then the accused came and took her to a secluded place and raped her. The victim girl was found with severe injuries on her genitals. The girl’s parents informed the police. Police have arrested the accused.

    Additional SP City Sanjay Kumar said, “The girl has been admitted to the hospital and we have registered an FIR under IPC Section 376 and the POCSO Act.” The accused is in our custody and is being interrogated, he said. We don’t know the age yet, but he is a minor.
