Coaching doors will not open for students without vaccination

New Delhi: Coaching institutes in Delhi have been closed for almost 18 months due to Kovid-19. However, following the rules of prevention (SOP) from Kovid, all coaching centers will start opening from the second week of September.

At present, only those students and staff will be given entry in coaching, who have taken at least one dose of the vaccine. This has been described as the first important rule for entry in the coaching campus. The coaching centers have decided to increase the number of batches so that there is no rush of students in the class. Apart from this, keeping in mind the safety, offline as well as online classes will be continued.

According to the coaching institute operators, all the protocols related to Kovid like social distancing, sanitization, thermal scanning etc. will be fully followed to start the classes. Since now the situation of Kovid in Delhi is largely under control, the Delhi Government has approved the opening of all coaching institutes from September. All the coaching centers that have been closed for almost 18 months are very happy with this decision of the government and they are very excited about the opening of the institute. According to coaching operators, online studies can never be a complete alternative to offline studies.

According to Sunil Singh, head of the coaching institute ‘Abhivyakti’, which conducts IAS preparation based in Mukherjee Nagar, this decision of the government will strengthen the learning process of the students again. Online studies can never be a better or complete alternative to offline classes. He said that after the decision to open coaching, there is a lot of enthusiasm in everyone, from students to staff. In preparation for calling the students to the coaching campus, the Kovid Protocol will be fully followed. The condition of at least one dose of the vaccine has been made mandatory for students and staff to enter the campus. Apart from this, applying masks will be another big condition for everyone in classes, from students to staff. Sanitizer will be available in the coaching campus, but students and staff will also be asked to bring their own sanitizer.

On the other hand, Akash Choudhary, Managing Director, Aakash Education Services Limited, says that the safety of the students along with the staff is their first and foremost responsibility. According to Akash, they want to assure all the parents that they have taken all the necessary steps to reopen their campuses. All government guidelines are being followed to ensure a healthy and safe environment. The institute has made written consent of parents necessary for taking offline classes. Aakash Institute has decided to provide proper crowd management facilities in its branches with contactless attendance, parking lots, corridors and lifts to reduce the risk of spreading the infection.
