    IND vs ENG 4th Test: India leads England by 157 runs in Oval Test

    New Delhi. The Indian team, with an amazing performance, defeated England by .. runs in the fourth Test match of the series (IND vs ENG 4th Test). With this win, Team India led by Virat Kohli also went ahead 2-1 in the 5-match series. India were bowled out for 191 in the first innings, followed by England with 290 and a 99-run lead.

    Chasing India’s target of 36, England scored 111 for two by lunch on the 5th and final day. England needed 237 runs to win the last two sessions and India needed eight wickets. After lunch, the Indian bowlers came out differently and took 4 wickets for England, who scored 147 runs for 6 wickets. Rabindra Jadeja brought great success to India with the wicket of opener Hasib Hamid (). Hasib scored 63 off 193 balls with six fours.

England started the day with 77 runs without wickets. The fast bowling pair of Umesh Yadav and Jaspreet Bumrah started India’s attack. Hamid and Burns saved the Indian bowlers from success in the first half hour. Both batsmen batted carefully but also gave a lesson for the bad ball.
