According to a study published in the science journal The Lancet, one in five deaths worldwide is due to poor eating habits, writes Dr. Banerjee. The study was conducted in 195 countries between 1990 and 2017. In such a situation the question arises that what is the right food?
According to science, if you take two portions of fruits and vegetables in your diet, and protein and carbohydrate portions in the rest, this is the ideal situation. This means that half of your appetite should end with fruits and vegetables.

Heart problems
Eating a diet that is harmful to health increases the risk of heart disease. And the biggest reason is the amount of sodium or salt. High sodium intake increases blood pressure (hypertension). It also damages the blood vessels. Which can cause heart related problems.

According to the World Cancer Research Foundation, high-fat and sugary foods such as fats, burgers, chocolate, biscuits, etc. increase body fat. Studies have shown that obesity causes 12 types of cancer.
