    After returning from the outside, bathing is essential to wash away any germs that have accumulated on the skin and help protect you from disease. When it comes to personal hygiene and disease prevention, our hands are a major focus area. It is important to wash them thoroughly and frequently with soap and water, especially before eating or after using the washroom. Sneezing or coughing without mouth is another harmful habit, which should be avoided completely.
