Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 1/2 kg
Golden food color – 1/4 teaspoon
Saffron – 1/8 teaspoon
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Almonds (lightly boiled and peeled) – 8
Pesto (lightly boiled and peeled) – 8
Recipe for making Rajbhog
To sweeten Rajbhog, first mix saffron with cardamom powder, pesto and almonds. Then add sugar and water over medium heat and keep stirring until it is completely dissolved. Now mix the flour and cheese together until it is smooth. Dilute this mixture in 7 to 8 parts in a round shape. Now put the dried fruit mixture in it and make a round ball out of it.

Meanwhile, when the sugar is completely dissolved in the water, add food coloring to it and increase the gas flame. Now put cheese balls in it. Cook it on high heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
