How to make masala pav
First take the pav and cut from the middle. Now put oil or butter in a nonstick pan and bake the pau well. Now heat butter or oil in a pan, add onion and fry for about two minutes. Add green capsicum and cook with akana. When the onion and capsicum are a little soft, add the tomatoes to the pan and cook. Then fry well with coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder.

Now cook covered with salt and water for a while. Now add pav bhaji spices and mix well. Add boiled potatoes and a quarter cup of water. Cook until all ingredients are well mixed. When the water from the mixture has dried, add finely chopped green coriander.
