    Ingredients of Cheese Manchurian

    Flour – 1/2 cup
    Cheese (cut into squares) – 100 g
    Corn flour – 2 tbsp
    Kashmiri red chillies – 1 tsp
    Garlic – 4-5 cloves
    Cut raw pepper – 1 tbsp
    Onion cut long – 1
    Salt – to taste
    Ginger (fried) – 1 teaspoon
    Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
    Green Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
    Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
    White vinegar – 1/2 teaspoon
    Water – 1/2 cup
    Finely chop the green onions – 1 cup

    To make cheese manchurian (dried) first take all the purpose flour and corn flour. Make a slurry by gently adding water to it. Next, add Kashmiri red chillies. Then mix well. The solution should be the same as the gram flour solution is prepared for frying.
