    Stuffed Tandoori Aloo Recipe: Stuffed tandoori potatoes can be a great side dish if you want something special for lunch or dinner. Often stuffed brinjal is made at home, but tandoori stuffed potato is rarely made, although its taste is quite special. If you have a guest at home or feel like having something delicious, then definitely try this Stuffed Tandoori Aloo recipe. This recipe is not very difficult to make.

    Ingredients for Stuffed Tandoori Potatoes
    Potatoes – 4-5
    Grated cheese – 1 cup
    Besan – 2 tbsp
    Curd- 1/2 cup
    Green chillies- 2-3
    Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
    Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
    Green coriander – 2 tbsp
    Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon
    Cashew nuts – 2 tbsp
    Raisins – 1 teaspoon
    Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
    Ginger paste – 1 tsp
    Lemon – 1
    Oil – 2 tbsp
    Salt – as per taste

    How to make Stuffed Tandoori Potatoes
    To make Stuffed Tandoori Potatoes, first peel the potatoes. Next, cut off the top of the potato and scrape off the top surface with a scooper. When all the potatoes are hollowed out, keep them in clean water for a while. After a while, take the potatoes out of the water and place them upside down on a cloth to drain all the water from the potatoes.

    Now heat a pan with oil on medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry it with potatoes. Fry the potatoes until golden brown on all sides. Then take the potatoes out of the oil and put them in a plate or container. Then fry the potato pulp in this oil and when it turns golden brown, take it out in a separate bowl.

    Now start the process of preparing the stuffing for the potato filling. For this, heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan and fry it with ginger paste, green chillies. Add finely chopped cashews and raisins to it and fry. After that take everything in a container. Add grated cheese and scooped fried potatoes to this mixture and mash well. Then add salt, green coriander and chaat masala to this mixture.

    After the stuffing is ready for stuffing in stuffed tandoori potatoes, take a fried potato and fill it with the prepared stuffing and press it well with the help of a spoon, so that the stuffing is done well. Same with all the potato stuffing. Now mix gram flour, curd, ginger, chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and other spices in a bowl with a tablespoon of oil.
    Apply the marinade prepared from this mixture to the potatoes and keep aside for 10 minutes. After that, take a sieve out of the potato and keep a lemon slice and another potato in the tray. Prepare the remaining two-three potatoes in the same way and bake them in the oven. They will take up to 15 minutes to bake. After the prescribed time, your delicious Stuffed Tandoori Aloo is ready. It can be served with green chutney.
