    What is needed to make soybean chili?

    • 1 cup soybeans
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 2 green chillies chopped
    • 1 chopped capsicum
    • 1 tomato chopped
    • Cup chopped green onion
    • 1 chopped carrot
    • the oil
    • 1 teaspoon of cumin
    • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
    • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
    • 2 teaspoons corn flour
    • salty
    • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons green chili sauce
    • 2 teaspoons vinegar
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

    How to Make Soybean Chili

    To make Soybean Chili, first take a pan with water and heat it on gas. Soak soybeans with some salt in it. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the gas. When cool, strain the water. Then chop onion, tomato and capsicum.

    Now chop the green onion and green chillies and add curd to it. Mix with soy sauce, tomato sauce, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper and corn flour. Add some salt to it and mix. Now fry soybean well in oil.

    Now take a pan and add oil and cumin seeds in it. Then add onion, tomato and capsicum mixture to it. Add boiled carrot and fry it. Add vinegar to it and cook covered. The dish is ready. Just serve and eat.
