Paneer Butter Masala Recipe: Any team flavor feels incomplete without cheese. In the programs, people cook and eat cheese curries in different ways. Be it Matar Paneer, Shahi Paneer, Gravy Paneer or Palak Paneer. But have you ever tasted paneer butter masala. If yes, is it only in hotels? Today we will tell you an easy way to make paneer butter masala at home, with the help of which you too can make this delicious vegetable. This dish is very tasty and a good option for guests at home. Its taste will be liked by everyone from children to old people. Can be made very easily in very little time. Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala
Cheese – 250 grams
Chopped onions – 2
Tomatoes for puree – 3
Ginger paste – 2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cashew (paste) – 8 no.
Chopped green chillies – 2-3
Full cream milk – 1/2 cup
Bay leaves – 2
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Fresh cream (malai)- 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to cook vegetables
To make delicious paneer butter masala curry first take a pan, heat oil and butter together on medium flame. After frying well, fry the onion with batter and bay leaves. When the onion turns golden in this mixture, fry it with red chilli powder and green chillies. Now add cashew paste to it. Now while frying this mixture keep stirring with the help of a ladle. Now add tomato puree to it. Cook this mixture till the oil starts leaving the mixture.

After the mixture boils, cook it with coriander powder and garam masala. Then mix milk, water and salt according to taste in the pan and stir well and fry for about 5 minutes. After that take the cheese and cut it into small pieces. Now place these pieces in the gravy and top with kasuri methi. After that, with the help of a ladle, mix the cheese well in the gravy and cook till the gravy thickens. Now add fresh cream and switch off the gas after about 2-3 minutes. After cooling the pan for a while, you can serve this delicious vegetable with paratha, rice, naan or roti.
