    Ingredients for Kashmiri Saffron Naan
    Flour – 1 bowl
    Milk – 1/2 cup
    Curd – 2 teaspoons
    Coconut Bura – 2 tsp
    Sugar – 1 teaspoon
    Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
    Cashews – 8-10
    Almonds – 8-10
    Raisins – 1 teaspoon
    Saffron thread – 1 pinch (optional)
    Honey – 1 teaspoon
    Butter – as required
    Desi ghee- 1 tsp
    Oil – 1 tsp
    Salt – as per taste

    How to make Kashmiri Saffron Naan
    To make kashmiri saffron naan first take all purpose flour and sift it and keep it in a bowl. Now add some salt and baking powder to the flour and mix it well. Add sugar and curd to it and mix. Then add saffron thread and oil and mix. Now mix a little milk in this mixture and whisk it. Then cover the dough with a cloth and keep it for about 2 hours.

    Now cut the cashews, almonds into pieces and put them in the mixer jar. Add coconut powder and honey to it and grind it. After the prescribed time take the flour and knead it once more. Then put some ghee on your hands and break the dough and roll it a little. Now keep the cashew-nut mixture in the middle and close it. Then roll it long like naan with light hand.

    Once the naan is rolled, take a pan and heat it on medium heat. While the tawa is heating, add water to one side of the naan. After that put it in a pan and let it cook on medium heat. After three to four minutes, lift the pan and turn the naan and fry facing the gas. After a while the naan will automatically separate from the pan. Similarly make naan from all the balls and serve hot naan with butter and vegetables.
