How to make cheese at home without milk: Most of the people like food made with cheese. Cheese is delicious to eat and packed with nutrients. We all know that cheese is made from milk. This is why cheese is a storehouse of nutrients. Some people follow a vegetarian diet and do not eat dairy. If they want to enjoy the cheese in this state, they can adopt a simple method. You will be surprised to know that paneer can easily be made at home without milk. For this you need to take the help of peanuts. Today we are telling you a great way to make cheese from peanuts without milk.
Step 1 – To make cottage cheese you will need peanuts, vinegar and water. First collect these three things. Now take 2 cups of shelled peanuts and wash them well with water. Now heat a bowl of water and soak peanuts in it for about 1 hour. After an hour, remove the peanuts from the water and keep them in a bowl.
Step 2 – Now you have soaked the groundnuts, which you need to grind in a mixer. Grind the peanuts slowly in a mixer. Now add half a cup of water and mix it well until it becomes a thick paste. If you have a small mixer, you can finely grind the peanuts, but it is very important to grind the peanuts well.
Step 3 – Add groundnut paste to 1 liter of water in a bowl. Keep on medium heat and keep stirring until the paste mixes well with the water. After stirring continuously for a few minutes, switch off the gas. Now put a sieve in a container and spread a cloth over it and put the solution in it. Now make a bundle of that cloth and squeeze the mixture well. Now collect peanut milk in a bowl.

Step 4 – Now put peanut milk in a pot on medium heat. When the milk starts to boil, turn off the heat. Now mix 1-2 teaspoons of white vinegar and 4 teaspoons of water in a bowl. Now add half of it to the boiled milk and keep stirring continuously. When the milk starts curdling, pour the rest of the vinegar mixture into the pot and keep stirring. Stir the mixture slowly until all the ash separates and a watery mixture remains.

Step 5 – Now take a big sieve and spread a cloth over it. Then add chenna mixture to it. Now strain the potli well and make a round shape and pour cold water in it. It will remove the smell of vinegar. This way your cheese is ready, which you can use after keeping it in the fridge for a while. This cheese will look and taste like milk.
