    Ingredients for making Palak Puri
    Flour – 2 cups
    Chopped spinach – 250 grams
    Ginger paste – 1 tsp
    Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
    Garam masala – 1 tsp
    Carom seeds – 1/4 tsp
    Dried mango powder – 1 tsp
    the oil
    Salt – as per taste

    How to make Palak Puri
    To make delicious palak puri for breakfast, first choose soft spinach with large leaves. Wash in water and break the thick stems and separate the leaves. Now heat water in a pot and boil it with spinach. When the spinach becomes soft, turn off the gas and take the leaves out of the water and grind them in a mixer to make a paste. Transfer the prepared paste to a bowl.

    Now sift the flour in a bowl and mix it with spinach paste, ginger-green chili paste, carom seeds. After that, add gar masala amchur powder, 1 teaspoon oil to the flour. Now add water little by little and make a stiff dough for puri. Then make small balls of the dough and roll it into puri form with a ball. Roll 4-5 puris in the same way.

    Heat oil in a pan and once the oil is hot, place the rolled puris in the pan one by one. Fry the puris alternately till they turn light golden in color and crisp. Then take out the palak puri on a plate. Similarly, fry the puris in oil while taking out all the balls. Delicious palak puri is ready for breakfast. They can be served with pickles, chutneys.
