    Ingredients for Potato-Tomato Curry
    Potatoes – 4-5
    Tomatoes – 3-4
    Green chillies- 3-4
    Cumin 1/2 tsp
    Rye – 1/4 tsp
    Chopped ginger – 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
    Asafoetida- 1 pinch
    Coriander powder – 1 tsp
    Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
    Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
    Green coriander – 2 tbsp
    Oil – 2 tsp
    Salt – as per taste

    How to make Potato-Tomato Vegetables
    To make a delicious potato-tomato curry, first cut the potatoes and tomatoes into one-inch pieces and keep them aside in a bowl. After that, finely chop the green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves. Now heat oil in a cooker on medium flame. After the oil heats up, fry it with mustard seeds and cumin seeds. After a few seconds, when the masala starts to crackle, add turmeric and coriander powder.

    Add a pinch of asafoetida after mixing with a spoon and fry after adding chopped potatoes. After a while add tomatoes to the cooker and cook till soft. Then cover the cooker with water as required and salt as per taste and cook till 3-4 whistles. After that turn off the gas and let the cooker cool down. After the cooker cools down, open the lid and mix some garam masala and green coriander leaves in it. Delicious potato-tomato curry is ready to serve.
