    Materials for dahlia analogy
    200 grams of wheat porridge
    100 grams of peas
    1 teaspoon mustard
    2 green chillies (chopped)
    1 onion chopped
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    100 grams of grated carrot
    1/4 cup refined oil
    1 handful of chopped coriander leaves

    How to make Dahlia Upma
    1. To make this easy and healthy breakfast, first wash the wheat porridge well with water. Drain the excess water and keep the porridge aside. Cleaning the porridge is very important.
    2. Next, add 3-4 tbsp refined oil in a pressure cooker and heat it for a minute on medium flame. Add onion, green chillies and ginger when the mustard starts to grind. Saute the ingredients until the onion turns light pink.
    3. After some time add peas, carrot, oatmeal and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Add 4-5 cups of water to the mixture and put it on pressure cooker with 1 whistle.
    4. Once the vegetables and dhol are cooked well, switch off the gas and take out the porridge upama in a serving bowl. Garnish this healthy dish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with tea or coffee.
