    Broccoli Feather Chila Recipe: Everyone wants to start their day with a healthy breakfast. Broccoli and Spinach Chila is a perfect recipe for this. Both broccoli and spinach are packed with nutrients. Broccoli and spinach are both helpful in controlling blood sugar. In such a situation, you can make a delicious and nutritious broccoli-spinach chili for breakfast. This recipe is also very easy to make and does not take much time to prepare.

    Ingredients for Broccoli-Spinach Chili
    Spinach- 1 bowl
    Broccoli – 1 bowl
    Besan- 1 bowl
    Cumin powder – 1 tsp
    Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
    Green chillies- 2-3
    Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
    Garlic cloves – 4-5
    Oil – 2 tbsp
    Salt – as per taste

    How to make Broccoli Spinach Chilla
    To make Chilla made from Broccoli and Spinach, first wash the Spinach and Broccoli well in water. After that, cut both the vegetables into small pieces. Now put both the chopped vegetables in a mixer jar and blend it with garlic cloves, green chillies and little water. After that, take out the thick paste prepared in a bowl.

    Now take a mixing bowl and add the prepared paste to it. Add gram flour, cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala and other ingredients to this paste and mix them well. Then make chiller paste with little water. Be careful not to dilute the solution too much.

    Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and heat it on low flame. When the tawa is hot, add a little oil and spread it around. Next, with a utensil, place the batter in the center of the pan and spread it in a circular motion. After frying the chiles for a while, flip them over and fry them in oil on the other side. Bake the chiles until golden brown on both sides. Then take out the chila on a plate. Similarly make chilla from all the batter. Nutritious broccoli-spinach chili is ready. Serve with chutney.
