Bell Bottom Movie Review: Due to coronavirus, cinema halls have been closed for a long time and big stars are turning to OTT for their films. But under such circumstances Akshay Kumar is the only Bollywood star who has released his film in theaters again. ‘Bell Bottom’ released in theaters today. This expansion of manufacturers may be taking into account the changing circumstances and relaxed lockdown norms, but it could prove to be a ‘big risk’. With ‘Bell Bottom’, Akshay Kumar returns to the big screen in his familiar style. Now whether Akshay gets applause or flak for this film, you should read this review.
Story: ‘Bull Bottom’ is set during the Indira Gandhi era when terrorists hijacked one plane after another to free notorious terrorists from jail in India. In this situation, another robbery took place and the politicians again suggested negotiations. But in such a situation comes RAW agent ‘Bull Bottom’ (Akshay Kumar) who specializes in such cases. Madam Ballbottom appeals to the Prime Minister to refuse to negotiate and now her mission is to rescue the 210 hostages and catch the four terrorists who held them hostage. Ballbottom has only 7 hours for this rescue mission.

Akshay Kumar has returned to his home ground with bail bottom. Akshay Kumar has previously appeared in the spy-thriller-drama genre and looks great in his style. Spy’s stylish avatar and one-liner humor in between, this is Akshay’s favorite place and you get it all in this film. This story is based on a true incident, but the liberties taken for entertainment are clearly visible which are largely digestible. Don’t know OTT but this film is made with cinema hall in mind and when you watch its climax scene in 3D, it will be fun to be honest.

The film has suspense, but there are some suspense-scenes that you will already know from the film’s RAW agent (Akshay Kumar). In fact, many films of this genre have already been made and as a viewer your mind is already racing for the suspense. In such a situation when Akshay finds out ‘where is the fourth terrorist’ in front of him, then what was the suspense. The story revolves entirely around a single agent who is given the entire mission, these are some of the things that can knock. But it is an entertaining film made for the month, which serves its purpose very well. The background score of the film makes Akshay’s scenes larger than life.
Vaani Kapoor played the role of Akshay Kumar’s wife.
Talking about the acting, the film is of Akshay Kumar. The three heroines, Lara Dutt, Huma Qureshi and Vaani Kapoor, but work for all three in some part or the other. Yes, Lara Dutt’s makeup is already appreciated, she is also quite strong in her role. Vaani Kapoor is good in her small role and you can copy the same lines for Huma. This movie is 3.5 stars from me.
