Start project with 15 thousand rupees
According to the project report, if you set up a unit to produce 180 packets per day, your project will start at Rs 1.45 lakh. For this, if you get a currency loan of 90 percent i.e. Rs 1.30 lakh, you need to invest Rs 15 thousand on your behalf. You have to take Defibration Machine, Core Morning Machine, Soft Touch Sealing Machine, Napkin Core Dye, UV Treat Unit and with their installation, you will get these machines for around Rs.70 thousand. You need to take wood pulp, top layer, back layer, release paper, gum, packing cover as raw material. According to the report, a month’s raw material will come in around 36 thousand taka.
How much will the production cost?
According to the report, 54000 packets will be produced for 300 working days in a year, the cost of which will be as follows. 4.32 lakhs for raw material, 84 thousand rupees for salaries, 27 thousand rupees for administrative expenses, 8 thousand rupees for depreciation, 800 rupees for insurance, 4 thousand rupees for repair and maintenance, 18 thousand rupees for interest on capital, selling expenses Rs. 16200 i.e. total cost will be Rs.5.90 lakhs.

The report estimates that if you sell a packet of sanitary napkins at Rs 13 in the wholesale market, you can sell a total of Rs 7.02 lakh.
