Pranali Rathore’s busy shooting schedule gives him little free time to explore new projects.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Pranali Rathod doesn’t seem keen on participating in reality TV shows. The actress, who plays the lead protagonist Akshara, quickly became a household name thanks to the daily soap’s gripping plotlines. Now, during a recent media interaction, when asked if she would ever sign up as a contestant on leading reality TV shows including Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss, Pranali Rathod came clean about her future schedule. It seems the television diva doesn’t have much time to venture into various projects due to her busy shooting routine.
While answering questions, Pranali Rathod revealed that she has already received reality show offers but she turned them down. “Currently, I am doing Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and I am busy with it. I don’t have time for a reality show and hence, I turned down the offers,” said Pranali. If the report is anything to go by, it seems like there is quite some time before her fans will be able to see her participate in a reality TV show.
Pranali Rathore’s fame reached new heights due to her impressive onscreen chemistry with Dr. Abhimanyu, played by Harshad Chopra. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has now become one of the longest running daily soaps on Indian television, initially, the story started with Hina Khan’s Akshara, followed by Shivangi Joshi who took over the lead role after several leaps. Now, Pranali Rathore has taken up the baton to continue the story.
The new major twist is ex-husband Dr. Abhimanyu and Abhinav Sharma (played by Jay Soni). The trio is currently involved in a heated dispute over the custody of Akshara and Abhimanyu’s baby boy, whose existence has been completely hidden from the latter.
After the death of Abhimanyu’s brother, Akshara was shunned by her in-laws when she was on the verge of embracing motherhood. Unknown to Abhimanyu, she gives birth to their child and remarries Abhinav. But after her child has a major health crisis, her true identity and paternal connections come to the fore, leading to a new complication in Akshara and Abhimanyu’s dynamic. The exes are on the verge of slapping each other with a legal case. What follows must be a tumultuous journey to brave Akshara’s new family.
