Urfi Javed rose to fame after participating in Bigg Boss OTT.
Urfi Javed’s sartorial choices are always ahead of the curve. Time and again, the actress is seen wearing outfits that are her own creations. Recently, the actress unveiled a glittering butterfly-themed dress at an award function in Mumbai. When she turned heads on the red carpet, netizens trolled her mercilessly.
A video of this has now gone viral. Urfi was seen arriving on the red carpet in an all-pink-purple glittery dress. The pant-suit features butterfly cut-outs. While some of them praised her for pulling off yet another innovative outfit, many also called her out. One of them wrote, “Bahut chai kapdo ke saath joker jesa anubhav kar ti”. “Red carpet ki jagat kala plastic bichao iske liye,” read another.
Urfi has really gone a long way with his choice of caricatures. In a recent interview with Humans of Bombay, Urfi opened up about his early struggling days in the industry and revealed that he borrowed money to buy and sew clothes. “I feel it now. I didn’t have money last year either. People used to see me dress up like that, even in front of the media, all with borrowed money from someone else. Even for Bigg Boss OTT, I borrowed money to buy and sew clothes. I borrowed money from many people and finally I can repay them now.”
On the work front, Urfi Javed has appeared in several TV shows including Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Kasauti Zindagi Ke. He rose to fame after participating in Bigg Boss OTT. Recently, Urfi Javed appeared as a mischief maker in the 14th edition of the reality TV show Splitsvilla. He was also approached for the upcoming season of Khatran Ke Khiladi. However, he turned down the show.
