Delhi crime: Nigerian national living in Delhi illegally sent to jail, FIR lodged against landlord


New Delhi. A large number of Africans live in Mohan Garden and Uttam Nagar under the Dwarka district of Delhi Police. The Delhi Police is also keeping a close watch on all these matters. All of them are regularly monitored for their visa expiration, other illegal activities, involvement in fake visa cases. And action continues to be taken against foreigners living illegally. The latest incident came to light in Mohan Garden area.

According to Delhi Police Dwarka District DCP Santosh Kumar Meena, Mohan Garden Police Constable Vikram and Constable Mukesh, who were on patrol in the area, around 11 am on September 11. He stopped a foreign Nigerian man on Mon Bazar Road, near the medical shop Mohan Garden, in New Delhi and asked about his passport and visa. But the man could not present his papers even after giving the specified time.

Under interrogation his name and address was found to be Casey Busana son Badana address Yuli, State Abambara Nigeria age 37 years and he is currently living as a tenant in L-Block Extension Mohan Garden New Delhi. Subsequently, a case No. 504/21 was filed against him under Section 14A Foreign Act and he was arrested in this case and produced before the court.

The court remanded him in judicial custody. FIR No. 505/21 No. 14C has also been registered against the landlord under foreign law. Police are investigating the matter further.
