Sangeeta’s father Dinesh Raghav is a retired officer of the Indian Navy and mother is a housewife. Sangeeta Dev has completed her twelfth education from Samaj Vidya Niketan School. After finishing school, she graduated from Government Girls College. He then did a Masters (PG) in Natural Resource Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) in Delhi. After graduation, Sangeeta was admitted to Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) for a PhD. But he dropped out of the PhD to prepare for the civil service exam. The result of dropping out of the PhD midway through the second attempt was that he became a PCS officer.
Let us tell you that while graduating from music, I had the opportunity to go to Nepal and Himachal Pradesh for projects of the World Bank and the South Asian Institute. There he got a chance to help the local people. Since then, she has decided in her mind that now she will try to do something better for the needy. He then started preparing for UPPCS. Sangeeta took the UPPCS prelim exam for the first time in 2017, but she got very low marks in that exam. After that, Sangeeta worked hard for a year to succeed in this test. He studied regularly for 12 to 13 hours every day. For this he also took the help of many of his seniors. As a result, Sangeeta secured second place in the UPPCS 2018 exam.
According to Sangeetha, students should keep at least positive thinking people around them during special preparation for any exam. Apart from this, students should also make time for yoga and meditation. He himself has benefited a lot by yoga and meditation. According to Sangeeta, in addition to her work responsibilities, she wants to do something different to eliminate malnutrition in children, mental health and women’s empowerment. He wants to work to spread awareness in the area and is working for it.
