    Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
    Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
    Red pepper – 1 tbsp
    Maggie Spice – 2 sockets
    Oil – 3 tbsp
    Ghee / Oil – For frying
    Salt – to taste

    How to make potato parata
    To make potato paratha, first take flour in a pot, add a tablespoon of oil and salt and mix well. Then add water to it and knead a soft dough. After kneading the flour, cover it with a little oil and leave it like this for 15 minutes. Now to prepare the potato seasoning, take a separate pot and mix the potatoes well in it. Then add onion, garlic ginger paste, coriander leaves, green chilli paste, turmeric and other spices. Now add salt to taste and mix well.

    Now make balls by making equal amount of mixture. After that, grind the flour well again. Now make the same number of flour balls as the spice mixture. Next, take a ball of flour and place a pan on it and roll it lightly. Do not roll it too thin. Now place the dough of the spice mixture in the middle of the bread and fold it from all sides and pack it. You can remove the extra flour if you want.
