Petal licking ingredients
Flour – 200 g
Suji – 2 tablespoons
Celery – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Urad dal paste – 1 cup
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes – 2
Mix the lamb – 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Red pepper – one and a half teaspoons
Yogurt – 1 cup
Sweet chutney – 1 teaspoon
Sour sauce – 1 teaspoon
How to make petal lick
Prepare the petals first to make the petal lick. First take all the intended flour in a bowl. Add semolina, carom seeds and salt. After mixing well, add some oil. Now add a little water and mix all the ingredients well. Now make flour and roll it like bread. Now take out the small pieces from this bread and place them on a separate plate with the help of a round cutter.

Now put oil in a pan and heat. Once the oil is well heated, fry these small petals in it. When the petals turn golden brown and it looks crispy, fry it until golden brown.
Now to make Bhalla, first take the paste of urad dal and add salt to it and mix well. Now make small balls in this paste and fry well. Fry until their color is golden brown. Now take them out and soak them in cold water for a while.
After that, to make the stuffing, first take the boiled potatoes in a pot and add salt, red pepper and mix well. Now take a small bowl of black gram and mix black salt in it. Now take another bowl and mix yoghurt and some sugar in it. Now spread the petals on a plate and put the well made in it earlier. Now put potato and gram mixture on top.

Sprinkle cumin powder and chaat spices on it. Then add red chilli powder, sweet chutney, yogurt and sour chutney. Now garnish well with pomegranate and save. Thus your petals are completely ready to serve licks.
