    Bread – 4 pieces
    Mawa – 1 cup
    Milk – 1 cup
    Old sugar – 1 cup
    Coconut Bura – 1/2 cup
    Cashews – 8
    Almonds – 8
    Pesto – 8
    Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
    Orange food coloring – 1 pinch

    How to make bread mawa roll
    To make a bread mawa roll, first take a pan and heat it with half a cup of water on low heat. Then add 1/2 cup sugar in water. Now make its syrup. Turn off the gas as soon as the syrup sticks. Now take the bread and cut its edges and keep it separate. Now take another pan and keep it on medium heat, keep stirring it continuously with mawa. When the mawa is well submerged, mix it well with food coloring and turn off the gas flame.

    Now cut cashews, pesto and nuts into small pieces. When the mawa is cold at this time, mix it well with sugar, chopped dried fruits and cardamom powder. Now make an oval ball of this mixture. Now take the milk and place it on a deep side plate. Dip one foot into warm milk, pausing between layers to allow them to dry. Now fill the balls prepared with mawa in the middle of this bread and make a roll by turning it around the bread.

    Prepare rolls of all bread slices in the same way. Now put ghee in a pan over medium heat. When the ghee is hot, fry it with mawa roll till it turns golden.
