Ginger ice ingredients
Ginger – 250 g
Sugar – one and a half cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 2 tsp
Milk – 3 tbsp
How to make Ginger Ice
To make ginger ice, first wash the ginger well and wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Then cut the ginger into small pieces. Now put ginger pieces in the mixer and add milk to make a paste of both. Now take a pan and heat the ghee on medium heat. When the ghee melts after heating, add the prepared ginger paste and fry for three to four minutes. Then add sugar and cook in ginger paste till the sugar is completely melted.
When the sugar is well mixed in the ginger, add cardamom powder and keep stirring with the help of chilli till the mixture becomes thick. Now take a plate and put butter paper in it and grease it with a little ghee. Now spread the ginger ice mixture well on this plate. Once the mixture has cooled, let it set to the size you like.
This mixture will freeze well in about half an hour. This way your healthy ginger ice is ready. Store it in an air tight container. Playing it regularly throughout the winter will give you good health benefits as well as taste.
