Corn Cutlet Recipe:In winter, people usually spend their time with family in the evenings. If it is evening and there are no food items with the family, it will not be fun. It is made with sweet kernels, spices, herbs and potatoes. It is very easy to make corn cutlets made in this pan. It is also delicious to eat. Ingredients needed for making corn cutlets
2 cups boiled sweet corn
2 boiled potatoes
1 well chopped onion
1 cup of beans finely chopped
Carrots 1 finely chopped
Cut 2 green chillies well
2-3 green coriander
Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon
1/6 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

To make corn cutlets, first boil the potatoes and sweet corn. You can also use frozen corn if you want. When boiling potatoes, be careful not to boil them too long. As soon as the three whistles sound, remove the potatoes from the cooker. When the potatoes are cold, peel them and grind them. Now add chilli powder, sweet corn, ginger, raw chilli, salt, hot spices, coriander leaves etc. You can soak poha in it if you want. This will make the cutlets crispy. Mix all this well and then make it like laddu. Divide by 10-12. If you can’t make laddu properly, put it in a blender. After that the balls have to be made well.

After making the laddu, now place a flat pan over medium heat and let it heat up. Add a teaspoon of oil. Spread the oil around the pan. When the oil is hot, flatten your laddu and place it in the pan. After a while, keep lifting from the pan so that it does not stick to the bottom. When the inside feels golden brown, turn it over. Then keep stirring for one to two minutes on medium heat. When it turns golden brown from the top, take it down. If you want to make it like patties, one teaspoon of oil is enough, but if you want to taste pakoras in it, you have to use more oil. If you want to air fry it, increase the heat to 180 centigrade. This will make your corn cutlets. You can easily serve it in a family of four to six.
