    Bipul Sharma bids farewell to Indian cricket, AB de Villiers’ invaluable wicket push in IPL final!

    New Delhi. India’s first-class cricketer Bipul Sharma (Bipul Sharma) bids farewell to domestic cricket on Sunday. He told this to his fans through a post on social media. Born in Amritsar, Punjab, the all-rounder never got a chance to play international cricket. He played 59 first-class matches in which he scored 3012 runs with 8 centuries, 17 half centuries and also took 126 wickets. Bipul made his first-class cricket debut for Punjab in 2005.

    Bipul Sharma will now go to America and join USA Cricket. He has also represented Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL. He has also played domestic cricket for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Sikkim. He wrote, ’25 years, I can’t believe I’ve been playing so long. It’s time to dump her and move on. Thanks to everyone on this journey, my family, mother, uncle, wife who were always by my side.

    Bipul was selected by the Punjab Kings in the 2010 season, this all-rounder has spent 4 years in the franchise but as a backup player. In all, he has played only 15 matches for this franchise. He later got a chance to represent Sunrisers Hyderabad who was included in place of the injured Lakshmi Shukla. He played 3 knockout matches in Hyderabad’s 2016 IPL winning season. Notably, he took the valuable wicket of AB de Villiers in the final against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
